Hibbard’s love of skin care eventually led her to an active and hands-on role within the company and in the development of the world-class H2V skin care line. From working with estheticians, managers and the entire Burke Williams team, Hibbard strives to provide the most well-trained team in the industry.

Hibbard dishes on her inspiration for Burke Williams treatments and the best way to transform your skin from winter to spring.
As the Vice President of Treatments and Development, what do you use for inspiration when designing therapeutic and relaxing services at Burke Williams?
For skin care treatments the first thing I look at is; What is the need of our guests? Is there a new way to treat guests’ concerns? Is there a way to get a better result or aspect of skin care that we can tap into? For the spa, our main focus is bringing in tested and results-driven treatments that will help nourish and repair the skin while providing guests with a relaxing and transformational skin care treatment that they could not get anywhere else.
I’m very active in the skin care industry, I’m at all the trade shows and skin care shows researching and testing new products, staying current with the trends and market to improve our treatments so that each time guest comes in for a service, their results are constantly improving.
Do you utilize the same dependable and results-driven treatments when developing products for the H2V skincare line?
We do. We tend to stay away from the trends. We’re constantly researching, testing and developing products that we know are scientifically tested that will provide our guests with the best results in the safest way possible. We’re focused on the quality of the product rather than the amount of products in the line. We launch new products about every 12-18 months, we aim to create a product that fills the needs of our customers and can provide proven results.
As the weather transitions, how can Burke Williams guests transition their skincare routine from winter to spring?
Your skin changes with each season. The air is more humid in the spring/summer which can lead to more breakouts. HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE, I can’t stress it enough, hydrate your skin with water-based products.
