Spa Etiquette & Tips

Attire 
Luxurious robes and slippers are provided for all guests upon arrival, along with special attire if required for your treatment. Swimsuits are optional in our separate men’s and women’s spa areas, and you’re welcome to disrobe to your level of comfort for treatments.

Spa Etiquette 
Our sanctuaries of rest and rejuvenation provide peaceful and relaxing experiences for all. Join us in supporting this environment by using spa voices, keeping your cell phone in your locker, and always engaging in respectful behavior.

Remain Hydrated
To make the most of your experience, remember to stay well hydrated before and during your spa day. Our spas provide fresh spa water, tea, and lemonade for your health and enjoyment throughout the spa. For your safety, please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before your visit.

Amenities 
We are delighted to invite you to enjoy our jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, showers, and fully appointed vanity areas. Available to all guests who book spa services totaling $95 or more.

Teens 
Guests aged 13-17 are welcome to receive nail care services as well as facial treatments tailored to their specific needs when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spa use is not available for guests under the age of 18. 

Electronic Devices 
Disconnect to reconnect. Leave your phone and electronic devices in your locker for the ultimate relaxation experience. We respect our guests’ privacy and peacefulness, so all electronic devices including cell phones, tablets, cameras, and laptops are only allowed in designated areas. 

Cancelations 
Please understand we have reserved an appointment, especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so a minimum of 4 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid charges. All missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in full.  

Gratuity 
Leaving a tip for your service provider is customary and a nice way to say, “thank you for your care”. Standard hospitality rates suggest a minimum of 20% but gratuity is, of course, at your discretion. 

Gift Certificates
Show friends, family, and colleagues you care with a gift certificate that never expires. The gift certificate value, at the time of purchase, is redeemable for any future services or product purchases in spa. When redeeming, gift certificates must always be presented at the same service. Until a gift certificate is fully redeemed, please place it in a safe location as lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable or replaceable. Protect your gift certificate purchase by only buying directly from Burke Williams. Unfortunately, certificates purchased through third-party vendors are likely to be stolen or invalid, and therefore these certificates will not be honored by Burke Williams. You may exchange any genuine Burke Williams gift certificates with a balance of less than $10 for the card's cash balance.

Promotions
We are happy to provide our guests with occasional promotions to celebrate momentous events with a transformative spa experience. Each Burke Williams promotion is unique. When participating in a promotion, please be sure to reference the promotional advertisement for specific rules and regulations or ask a guest service agent when you are making an appointment. All promotional pricing applies to spa services only and cannot be used toward purchasing a gift card or be used in conjunction with any other offers.
