Spa Policies

Updated 6.18.20 in accordance with government re-opening guidance
We are closely following guidelines from various organizations and some of the new measures listed below are mandated and temporary. For full details on our new protocols, please visit our Wellness Page.

Membership
Memberships are not required to enjoy a Burke Williams visit, but members do enjoy extended benefits. We invite you to request additional information from the Burke Williams location of your choice or visit the Membership page in our website for more information.

Amenities
Lounges, quiet rooms, lockers, vanities, and showers are open. All other amenities are temporarily closed per government guidelines.

Appointments
Only guests with a scheduled service are permitted in the facility, except a parent accompanying a minor. Unfortunately, walk-ins and spa use only visits cannot be accommodated at this time.

Swimsuits
Since all of our spas have separate spas for men and women, swimsuits are not required in spa areas. Clean robes and clean non-skid slippers are provided for all of our guests. If you would prefer to wear a swimsuit in the spa, please bring one with you.

Noise
At Burke Williams, we strive to keep our spa areas and common rooms peaceful and relaxing for all of our guests. If you are visiting Burke Williams with friends or family, please keep in mind that many of our guests are seeking a quiet environment. Several of our spas do offer “social” and “quiet” spa areas. Please ask a guest services representative for more information.

Age Restrictions
Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age. Those aged 13 through 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care only, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age at all times. Guests under the age of 18 may not enter or use the spa facilities.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid. Gift certificates are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase. Gift certificates should only be purchased directly from Burke Williams. Certificates purchased online through other suppliers are likely to be stolen or invalid and will not be honored by Burke Williams.

Please note: You may exchange Burke Williams gift cards with a balance of less than $10 for the cash balance of the card.

Cancellations
Due to COVID-19, we are currently waving all cancellation fees. If possible, we kindly ask you to make any cancellations at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Masks
Employees must wear a face covering throughout the entire interaction with the guests. Guests must wear face coverings at all times while in the facility, except when the face covering must be removed for the performance of services involving that part of the face.

Photography, Cell Phones and other Electronics
Burke Williams respects its clients’ privacy and does not permit its clients to take photographs or video within the spa area. Thus, cell phones, cameras and laptops are not permitted within the spa area. If you would like to use your cell phone or laptop while in Burke Williams, please consult the manager on duty and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Spa Policies
Each Burke Williams promotion is unique and therefore is subject to its own rules and regulations. However, in general, Burke Williams service promotions apply to spa services only and do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. Promotional pricing is not good in conjunction with any other offer and services must be completed before the promotion expires. Additionally, promotional pricing applies only to those services listed and can’t be applied to other services on the menu. Be sure to check each promotional advertisement for specific rules and regulations or ask a guest service agent when you are making your appointment.
