WHAT MAKES A BURKE WILLIAMS ESTHETICIAN?
- A desire for excellence with participation in an 8-week, full time paid training program designed to hone your skills and become part of the best trained skin care professionals in the business.
- A commitment to high standards. Our Estheticians are certified with a current and valid license from the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
- We welcome both experienced and recently graduated Estheticians.

WHAT MAKES A BURKE WILLIAMS NAIL CARE TECHNICIAN?
- An expertise in providing multiple nail care services including, but not limited to, manicures, pedicures and gel polish.
- A desire to learn and improve skills with participation in a full time, paid training program and ongoing workshops.
- A commitment to providing each guest with the highest quality nail care experience by customizing each service with eluxurious, results oriented enhancements.
- Possession of a current and valid California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology license.
As a member of our Front Desk team, you will be the face of the Burke Williams brand. You will be the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat, you will help facilitate each guest’s time at the spa from beginning to end.

WHAT MAKES A BURKE WILLIAMS FRONT DESK MEMBER?
- A passion for customer service. You will guide a guest during their check-in for their service and help them check-out after their service has been concluded.
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key. In addition to helping guests during their visit, you will be answering a multi-line phone system as well as selling products and memberships to guests as they check-out.
- An opportunity for continuous customer service training that could lead to our Spa Supervisor position.

WHAT MAKES A BURKE WILLIAMS RESERVATION CALL CENTER MEMBER?
- A passion for customer service. As the voice of Burke Williams, you will need to be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, articulate and have a personality where your genuine warmth shines right through that phone.
- A desire to learn with our initial 2-week paid training program followed by continuous training that will give you the skills to excel. You will need to be an expert in all our spa services and our computer system that manages guest reservations.
- A gift for communication. Fielding all customer service inquiries in a fast-paced team environment you will be empowered to help guests ensure they have a transformative experience at Burke Williams.
