As with everything in life it’s interesting how things change over time ranging from music trends to fashion, travel destinations and so much more, and after being a leader in the massage/spa industry for the past 40 years the rise in demand for lymphatic drainage massages has created new job opportunities for massage therapists that specialize in that modality. One of the first signs we noticed a couple of years ago was around a spike in social media activity along with Google searches for lymphatic drainage massages ranging from the benefits to where people can receive this massage treatment locally, who’s the best, and a variety of other questions. Essentially, people are curious to learn more about lymphatic drainage massage.
At the same time, Burke Williams is always growing/hiring with a large team across 10 locations in California and recently we’ve seen massage therapists applying for jobs that are more passionate about lymphatic drainage than ever before, which confirmed our predictions/hypothesis. It’s also why we launched new initiatives for employees that offer continued growth/education within the company.
Fast forward, we are seeing a huge influx of massage therapists focusing their art/skills to establish a career in the field and specializing in trending modalities like lymphatic drainage is only going to give you that extra boost you’re looking for.
