If you’ve visited our Santa Monica spa before (or have considered working with us) I’m excited to introduce the leadership team who have stepped into their roles over the past year. This group brings renewed energy, deep experience, and a shared commitment to supporting massage therapists in building meaningful, long-term careers.
Roger Weaver, General Manager
Roger began his Burke Williams journey right out of massage school as a therapist in San Jose. Over the years, he has grown within the company; serving as a Massage Therapist, Regional Trainer, Operations Manager, Guest Experience Manager, General Manager of our Simply location, and now leading our flagship Santa Monica spa. Roger brings not only a wealth of operational knowledge, but a genuine passion for mentorship and helping therapists grow both professionally and personally.
Keisha Plummer, Massage Manager
Keisha started as a massage therapist in Santa Monica 15 years ago. Her leadership journey led her to our Hollywood location, where she served as Massage Manager, developing therapists and building strong teams. Now back “home” in Santa Monica, Keisha’s eye for potential and her dedication to supporting therapists in mastering their craft makes her return especially meaningful. Her leadership is grounded in experience, empathy, and a true love of wellness.
Azanri Carr, Operations Manager
Azanri joins Santa Monica from our Pasadena location, where she served as Manager on Duty. With over 10 years of experience in operations, management, and sales, she ensures our spa runs smoothly (from payroll accuracy to daily efficiency) so our service providers can focus on what they do best: caring for guests.
Gregory Hillman, Guest Experience Manager
Gregory began at Burke Williams in Sherman Oaks as Manager on Duty before stepping into his role as Guest Experience Manager. With a strong background in spa operations and team leadership, he is dedicated to cultivating a culture rooted in trust, joy, and accountability. His focus is ensuring every guest leaves feeling exceptional and that therapists feel supported in delivering their best work.
Juan Carlos (JC) Martinez, Distribution Manager
While much of our leadership team is newly positioned, JC is a cornerstone of Santa Monica. Starting in laundry over 15 years ago, he now leads our distribution department and has done so for over a decade. His team ensures our therapists and estheticians have everything they need each day, allowing them to walk in and focus fully on transforming guests’ experiences. Quite simply, they are the heart of the spa.
